My teaching history includes: Lecturing Te Reo at Te Wananga o Raukawa for year 1 students- 2000 and at The University of Canterbury for levels 100 & 300 - 2004. I have recently finished as the senior Te Reo Maori teacher at Te Kura-a-Iwi O Whakatupuranga Rua Mano, Kura Kaupapa Maori in Otaki. I have completed 2 years of a 3 year Kura Kaupapa Maori training teacher Degree at Te Wananga o Raukawa, Otaki and have fulfilled all requirements for the 3 year Te Reo Maori Studies course delivered there also. Due to my love of music & the job opportunities that have come my way the teacher training aspect of my studies has been put on hold momentarily.
