Description:
I am offering tutoring for Classics and/or Ancient History (ranging from Level 1 NCEA to 3rd year university) and Latin (ranging from year 9 to 1st year university level).

I am also offering an essay proofreading service that can be done either face to face or over the internet.

I have completed a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Classics and Ancient History. In 2009 I graduated with First Class Honours in Ancient History. As part of my degree, I completed 2.5 years of Latin.

Each student will be treated individually. Initially, we will define the goals and learning outcomes that you wish to achieve. Following this, I will design a course of study based on the areas which need to be focused on.

In Classics/ancient history, explanation of concepts, themes, dates and events will be covered. In Latin, explanation of syntax, translation and interpretation will be provided.

An appropriate amount of relevant homework will be given at the end of each session which will be designed to reinforce the content covered.
