Description:
I'm a third year Medical student studying at the University of Auckland looking for first year Biomed or Health Science students or Secondary School students to tutor.

I follow a rather Socratic matter of tutoring. I like to take the subject matter that is important for the student to understand and work through it with the student in a conversation-type way. I have found that this is very effective with my first-year University students as it helps them to engage with the material and also prepares them for the way that Med School and Year 2 and 3 Uni Science classes are conducted.

I'm quite a passionate and excited tutor that enjoys engaging with the student and the material to produce understanding and excitement about the topic.

I tutor in English, unless I'm tutoring French, in which case I prefer to tutor mostly in French to help with language development.
