In 2001, Kayne became the IFKF Under 18�s Open Division full contact champion of Australia. Since beginning competition in 2000, Kayne has achieved over 100 placings in different martial arts tournaments, including state, national and world levels.

Training may be undertaken individually or in small groups. Training has been known to produce state champions in less than six months and as such a commitment of at least 90 minutes per week would be required.

Tutorials will be designed upon meeting the student, as not every student will gain maximum benefit from the same tutorial style. Generally though, the first part of the tutorial will involve the student asking any questions from material covered in class previously, or looking over any course material they don't quite fully understand enough to apply. This will be followed by both the student and I working together on expanding their understanding of key concepts. I tend to ask many "sub-questions" to encourage the student to come up with their own idea of concepts involved, as I know from experience that this greatly aids retention during exams and assessments.
