I graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2001, with a BA, majoring in Education. I gained my Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from Aspect ILA in Christchurch in 2002. I worked at Wilkinson's Language School in Christchurch from 2002-2005 as a teacher and Director of Studies. I taught mainly pre-intermediate level, but have also taught beginner, intermediate and upper-intermediate. Currently I am a teacher and Academic Manager at a private school in Christchurch. I am also able to proof-read assignments and reports for school, university and polytech and also CVs and cover letter for jobs to check spelling, grammar and correct use of phrases.
